At JC Justice Center, we promise that you will not receive any points on your Michigan Driving Record if you retain us for a traffic civil infraction or we will refund you. More specifically, if you have not had any points assessed on your Michigan Driving Record in the last five (5) years and you are assessed points for a civil infraction after retaining JC Justice Center, we will give you a full refund.

 

JC Justice Center’s 0 Point Promise only applies to representation on matters where you are not required to appear. JC Justice Center’s 0 Point Promise does not apply where an accident was involved and/or where the citation is for more than a one (1) point violation. JC Justice Center's 0 Point Promise does not include tickets contested at a formal hearing. Geographically, JC Justice Center’s 0 Point Promise does not apply to representation in any court outside of the Michigan Counties of Wayne and Macomb or in the 19th District Court in the City of Dearborn. Finally, JC Justice Center’s 0 Point Promise does not apply to criminal matters. JC Justice Center, PLLC does not guarantee any exact case outcome. JC Justice Center’s 0 Point Promise only applies to the attorney fee paid to JC Justice Center after execution of a retainer agreement. Upon payment for legal services, all fees are deemed “earned” and no fees shall be refunded except as stated in this agreement.
